How do I become an Avian Veterinarian?

I live in Blair County pennsylvania, and I know that you have to go to a special college after completing a 4 year program for a normal veterinarian, but I want to be a Avian Veterinarian, and I don’t know what to do or what programs and schools in Pennsylvania that specialize in it, can someone please help me?
Where do I get the training to be an avian vet then?
