My dog ran away several months ago but luckily she came back a couple days ago. She’s in horrible condition and she looks like she has the mange really bad and she has scabs all over her body. I love this dog, but I don’t know if I will have the money to cover the vet bill when I take her. Do veterinarians have payment plans to cover expenses?

A veterinarian that charges less than $100 dollars is fine and near.I have only found the stone park that charges for about 69 for basic and 169 for all.
